Our Goals for Growth
These are the pillars I believe will encourage our city to maximize its growth potential and launch College Park into its targeted trajectory of evolving greatness and its future destination.

*Affordable/Workforce Housing that benefits EVERYONE who wants to become homeowners and are at the $15-$25/hr wage points and seek developers who will propose entire projects that will cater to this community and not have percentages set aside as ‘affordable”

*Serving our Apartment Communities as STAKEHOLDERS instead of Transient Income so that our Homeowners won’t feel as though they must carry the burden of the city alone

*Fair and Competitive Contract Options for Black and Brown Contractors so that a city that’s 82% African American can have its cultural imprint onto the city and to reduce the budding threat that is upon the city with known White Nationalists and supporters of the KKK buying property in the SIX WEST DEVELOPMENT area

*Better Care and Security for Our Seniors and Our Children who are legacy and our future. We MUST protect Seniors and their person and their homes from threats of harm and danger as we protect our children and their education and growth potential.

*Intensive and Extensive on-going MENTAL HEALTH CARE for all our First Responders so they can decompress and feel like themselves again after dealing with the horrors and unpleasantries their job duties offer.
